Workshop

Is there anything better in winter, than snuggling up inside with a cup of hot tea and jam on scones? Why, yes! A cup of hot tea with HOME MADE jam on scones!

Come along to this workshop, where participants will learn the basics of preserving seasonal fruits, and take home the jam that they make!
You’ll be led through each stage of the process: sterilising jars; preparing the fruit and weighing it and the sugar; checking when setting consistency has been achieved, and bottling.

  1. Ooh, yum – I have a few good recipes, but haven’t been game to try them because gran’s jam is so good!

  2. Can we sign up online for these workshops? I can’t figure out how!
